Seeking Studiomates for May 2025
We are seeking studio mates to join our 4th floor art and coworking space in the Florence Brushworks Building! The studio has beautiful large windows and an open floor plan. It is currently set up with a cozy lounge area, a common work table, and a kitchenette. We have a window AC and utiities are included. Our current cohort includes a painter, a photographer, and two writers. Rent is month-to-month. Studio is located on the fourth floor and accessible 24/7 via freight elevator or 4 flights of stairs. There is unfortunately no sink or ventilation system in the studio.
